5-Inch Torsion Bar Drop Suspension Lift Kit

The Rough Country 5-inch lift kit is engineered for 2020-2026 Chevrolet and GMC 2500HD/3500HD trucks, offering a significant increase in ground clearance and the ability to accommodate larger tires. This kit utilizes a torsion-bar drop design to achieve a level stance without excessively widening the vehicle's track width, which helps maintain predictable handling and prolong tire life. The kit includes a comprehensive set of components for a complete suspension transformation. Key parts include machined replacement knuckles, a robust 1/4" laser-cut steel front and rear crossmember box for structural rigidity, and 1/4" fabricated torsion bar drop brackets. It also comes with a pair of nitrogen-charged N3 shocks, specifically tuned to complement the lift and preserve factory ride quality. Additionally, pre-fitted sway-bar links, brake-line relocation brackets, a protective skid plate, and all necessary fasteners are included to simplify installation and ensure proper function. It is crucial to note specific fitment exclusions. This lift kit does NOT fit dually models or vehicles equipped with rear overload springs. It is also incompatible with AT4X or ZR2 models due to their factory 1.5" lift and incompatible Multimatic DSSV dampers. For gasoline models, minor exhaust modification may be necessary to ensure adequate driveshaft clearance.
