This kit is designed to replace the factory plastic intercooler pipe on 2011-2016 6.7L Ford Powerstroke engines with a high-quality bead-rolled stainless steel pipe. The factory plastic pipes are prone to catastrophic failure due to heat and pressure from the turbocharger, which can leave drivers stranded. The H&S Motorsports kit includes a CNC-machined aluminum piece that snaps into the OEM location.
