The Garrett Turbos 451274-0005 is a high-flow, non-EBPV turbo outlet designed for the 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engine. This component replaces the factory Exhaust Back-Pressure Valve (EBV), which can increase airflow and reduce Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs).
