The RaceQuip 711011RQP is a 5-point racing harness set, engineered to meet the demands of auto racing with its SFI 16.1 rating. This harness is constructed with premium 3-inch polyester webbing for durability and strength, paired with drop-forged steel hardware. The design incorporates twin individual shoulder belts and a pull-down style lap belt for secure fastening. All hardware ends are 3 inches, and the belts are double adjustable for ease of installation, with shoulder belts adjusting from 20" to 62" and lap belts from 22" to 60". The harness offers versatile mounting options, allowing for wrap-around installation using the included three-bar slides or bolt-in mounting with the supplied ends. Please note that bolts are not included, and snap hook ends and eyebolts are sold separately if that installation method is preferred. Crucially, this RaceQuip harness set is NOT D.O.T. / FMVSS 209/302 certified for on-highway use. It is exclusively intended for use in racing vehicles operating off public streets and highways. Proper installation requires mounting to a rollcage or harness bar, which is essential for safe operation in a racecar. If such mounting points are not present, this harness should not be installed.
