The Ultra Racing 5-Point Rear Lower Brace (SKU: URTW-RL5-4003) is a precision-engineered chassis brace specifically designed for the BMW G02 X4 with 3.0T 4WD, model years 2018 to present. This brace enhances the vehicle's performance by stiffening the rear subframe area, which directly improves rear-end stability and traction during cornering maneuvers. Constructed from high-grade steel, this brace features robust steel plates ranging from 4mm to 5mm in thickness for the brackets, and hollow steel tubes from 1.2mm to 1.6mm in thickness for the main structure. Ultra Racing meticulously selects these materials to ensure rigidity, strength, and consistent geometry. The design also incorporates features to crumple during an impact for safety. The brace is manufactured using laser-cutting and CNC-bending processes to ensure an accurate fitment to factory mounting points, making it a straightforward bolt-on upgrade.
