5" Radius Arm Lift Kit

The BDS 5" Radius Arm Lift Kit is engineered to elevate your vehicle's performance both on and off the pavement. This kit includes heavy-duty radius arms, forged pitman arms, and a track bar relocation bracket to ensure proper axle centering. You can choose from various shock configurations, including FOX Performance Elite shocks, to tailor the ride to your preferences. This kit provides a 5-inch lift, increasing ground clearance and allowing for the fitment of larger tires, with minor trimming potentially required for 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups. It also includes a steering stabilizer and rear lift blocks with hardware. Note that Tremor models may not achieve the full advertised lift height due to their taller factory stance, and larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to potential interference with brake lines, radius arms, and sway bars. Installation of this BDS lift kit is recommended to be performed by a professional shop, though it can be done by those with the necessary tools and knowledge. A torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs is required. Additionally, Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut after each removal, and trucks experiencing rear driveline vibration may be subject to a Ford Safety Recall (21S31) that BDS recommends addressing prior to lift installation. BDS Suspension backs this kit with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, protecting against breakage, bending, sagging, or other usage failures, with exclusions for product finish and wearable items like shock oil seals. However, costs for removal, installation, reinstallation, and consequential damages are expressly excluded.
