The MODE Auto Concepts 4001 Short Shift Kit is engineered to transform your driving experience by providing a precise, race-car-like feel with every gear change. Featuring a unique linkage system, the GFB 4001 allows for fully adjustable shift throw distances. At its shortest setting, the throw can be reduced to a mere 55mm (2.15 inches), providing a dramatic improvement in shift speed and feel. Importantly, this adjustment is made while retaining the stock gearstick height, ensuring familiar ergonomics. This short shift kit is specifically designed for 5-speed manual transmissions. It is compatible with a range of Subaru models, including the Impreza 2.0 Turbo GT EJ205 MY98-00, STi MY99-00, WRX MY97-98, WRX MY99-00, WRX MY06-07 (hawkeye), WRX MY01-02 (bugeye), WRX MY03-05 (peanut eye), and the B4 (BE, BH, BT) EJ20TT MY98-03.
