5 Switch-on-the-fly Tunes w Switch for Mahindra Roxor

The Mahindra Roxor is a rugged UTV with a boxed frame, steel body, 4WD, 5-speed manual transmission, and a turbocharged 2.5L 4-cylinder diesel engine. The factory-published spec sheet puts this diesel-powered side-by-side at 62 HP and 144 ft-lbs of torque, with a dyno showing about 52 HP at the rear tires. This custom tuning allows access to the untapped power of the engine, transmission, and driveline. The tuning can increase power from 52 RWHP to over 120 RWHP, a +120% power upgrade, and can also raise the road speed governor. All tuning and calibration work is done in-house at Calibrated Power, with 15+ years of experience in performance diesel calibration. The tuning strategy focuses on smooth power delivery, minimal smoke output, and maximum efficiency, maximizing hard part reliability and fuel efficiency. The 120 RWHP Extreme Tune measures 245 ft-lbs of torque. When used with a boost increase valve, it makes a maximum boost of 17psi. Switch-On-The-Fly (SOTF) tuning is available, allowing for 5 custom tune files and a 5-position rotary dial switch to change power levels on the fly (SOTF switch & Boost Increase Valve Required).
