5" Turbo-Back Exhaust System DPF & Cat Delete

The SPELAB 5" Turbo-Back Exhaust System is a DPF & Cat Delete Pipe engineered for the 2003 Dodge Ram 5.9L Diesel. This system is crafted from T-409 stainless steel, which is magnetic and offers excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining affordability. The tubing is 2mm thick for durability and heat resistance, and features a mandrel-bent construction to maximize flow efficiency and help your diesel breathe easier. This exhaust system eliminates DPF and catalytic converter restrictions, leading to reduced exhaust backpressure, increased exhaust flow, and a significant increase in motor performance. Expect improved fuel mileage, with potential gains from 13-14 mpg to 18-19 mpg after the delete. It also removes the need for DPF maintenance and eliminates the possibility of costly DPF failures. Installation is estimated to take about 1 hour with basic hand tools. However, cutting may be required for shorter wheelbase configurations, and some factory hardware might need to be reused. Clamps, hangers, and hardware are included. Crucially, a DPF delete capable tuner is required to prevent check engine lights and diagnostic trouble codes, as the removal of emission-related sensors necessitates ECU reprogramming.
