The Havis EP5-GTC-1306 is a 5-year enhanced protection plan designed for the DS-GTC-1306 docking station. This plan covers up to two PCB replacements per serial number within the five-year period, with a maximum of one replacement per year.

Panasonic Toughbook computers and accessories, including this protection plan, cannot be returned due to manufacturer and distributor restrictions. Customers should refuse delivery of damaged packages and report any non-visible damage immediately. Defective units must be handled directly with Panasonic.
