Description

CRL QuickEdge™ is a black vinyl (PVC) embossed extrusion with a segmented metal core. It is designed to trim and protect raw edges of glass, metal, fiberglass, plastic, and wood. It has a universal application for vehicle, furniture, and display manufacturers. The flexible metal core conforms to curved edges, providing strong and resilient gripping power. The trim has a durometer hardness of 65 (Standard Double Lip Trims are 80 durometer hardness). It is made from environmentally safe, vinyl-embossed PVC extrusions with non-cadmium stabilizers. It has heat resistance up to a maximum of 150° F (65° C) for continuous use and is self-extinguishing, passing Federal Specification FMVSS-302. This product grips edges from .010" to .050" (.25 to 1.27 mm) thick.
