The Fortune Auto 500 Series Gen 8 Coilovers are a single-adjustable suspension system designed for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, VIII, and IX models. These coilovers are built for everyday drivability and occasional track use, offering a balance of comfort and performance.

The Gen 8 features a new standard spring made in the USA with a premium alloy for superior performance, longevity, and ride quality. They utilize Flow Digressive Technology and a Monotube Damper with High Pressure Nitrogen for optimized control and a supple ride over irregularities.

The Fortune Auto 500 Series Gen 8 Coilovers are a performance suspension upgrade for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, VIII, and IX (CT9A chassis). Engineered for a balance between everyday drivability and occasional track use, these coilovers feature 24-step adjustable dampers, allowing fine-tuning of compression and rebound. Constructed with a focus on quality and performance, the Gen 8 system incorporates a custom-built monotube damper utilizing Flow Digressive Technology and high-pressure nitrogen. The dampers are rebuilt and revalved at the Fortune Auto facility in Richmond, VA, and come with a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. The new standard springs are made in the USA from a special premium alloy, offering enhanced performance, longevity, and ride quality. These coilovers are hand-built to order, with a default spring rate of 8k front and 8k rear, suitable for general use. Custom spring rates are available upon request at checkout, with options ranging from 4k to 16k. An upgrade to Swift Springs is also available. The components feature bright dip anodized T6 6061 aluminum mounts and camber plates for corrosion resistance and weight savings. Fortune Auto's commitment to quality control means every shock absorber is individually custom-built and dyno-tested to ensure matched performance. The system is also modular, with the option to upgrade to a 2-way canister.
