The DBA 5000 Series T3 brake rotor is a direct replacement 2-piece performance brake rotor. It features DBA's patented T3 bi-directional slot design, which includes precise CNC-machined tri-symmetrical slots for a quieter, more responsive, and smoother braking experience. The T3 slot design increases the number of exit points for brake pad friction dust and gases, enhancing the consistency and effectiveness of braking.

This rotor is constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron and undergoes Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to handle increased stress and heat from intense braking. It is recommended for high-performance applications. The rotor has a 350mm outer diameter, a 32mm brake disc thickness, and 10 lug holes with a 120mm pitch circle diameter.

This T3 slot configuration offers an even quieter, more responsive, and smoother braking experience by increasing the number of exit points for brake pad friction dust and gases, thereby enhancing the consistency and effectiveness of every brake stop. Constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron, the 5000 Series T3 rotor undergoes Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP). This process allows the rotor's metallurgy to withstand the elevated stress and heat generated during demanding braking situations. DBA specifically recommends the T3 slot design for high-performance applications. Key specifications for this front rotor include a 350mm outer diameter, a 32mm brake disc thickness (with a minimum thickness of 30mm), and a height of 54.7mm. It features a 70.18mm centering diameter, 10 lug holes, and a 120mm pitch circle diameter. The vane design is KP Vents, and the surface design is slotted. The rotor is sold individually. This DBA53700BLKS rotor is noted to fit the 2017 Honda Civic Type R. It comes with a 12-month/20,000km/12,000-mile warranty.
