The DBA 5000 Series T3 Slotted Brake Rotor Ring is a high-performance replacement outer ring for 2-piece rotors, sharing all the benefits of the 4000 Series. These rotors are a composite 2-piece direct replacement brake rotor, crafted with high carbon cast-iron rings and aerospace-grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6), held together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. This design reduces unsprung weight, allows for uniform radial disc expansion, and minimizes heat transfer from the disc to the hub. Designed for severe motorsports use, the DBA 5000 T3 Rotors handle heat and high friction exceptionally well. They feature XG-150 High Carbon Alloyed Iron, Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) for improved fatigue resistance and reduced rotor fatigue, and Thermo-graphic paint markings (THGP) to monitor peak rotor temperatures.
