The DBA DBA52223.1S is a high-performance, direct replacement 2-piece brake rotor ring from the 5000 Series T3 line. The patented T3 bi-directional slot design is engineered to reduce glazing and enhance pad bite for optimal braking performance. Constructed with a high-carbon alloyed iron rotor ring, the DBA52223.1S offers increased heat capacity to resist warping and cracking, even under strenuous circumstances. The rotor ring is further enhanced by TSP heat treatment. It is paired with an aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum hat and secured with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts, ensuring a robust and reliable assembly. The rotor also features Thermo-Graphic paint to help monitor operating temperatures and a Kangaroo Paw ventilation system for effective cooling.
