Description

This programmable DC-DC converter is designed for charging 12V or 24V auxiliary (house) batteries in vehicles. It regulates the charge from the vehicle's alternator to prevent high or low voltages to the auxiliary battery, which can be an issue with modern vehicle electronics. It can be programmed to operate only when the engine is running, utilizing a built-in vibration sensor or a programmable input (D+, CAN bus, or (+)15 connection). For lithium batteries, it can limit the charge to prevent excessive alternator load.
