Overview

The ZZP 50mm Blow Off Valve is a universal blow-off valve designed for turbocharged or supercharged vehicles. It is constructed from billet aluminum and includes a weld-on flange (if selected), v-band clamp, and fittings. All units are tested for leakage and proper opening. The 18" spring version is recommended for most setups, including LSJ and 3800 turbo cars, opening with 18" of vacuum.

This universal valve comes with a weld-on flange option (aluminum or stainless steel), a v-band clamp, and necessary fittings. All units undergo rigorous testing for leaks and proper operation, ensuring reliable performance. The valve's "Version" selection dictates its activation point based on vacuum. The 18" spring option, recommended for most applications including LSJ and 3800 turbo cars, opens at 18" of vacuum. For specific applications like the LNF, LTG, and 1.4L engines, which utilize a factory PCM solenoid to manage boost, the 6" spring version is recommended. It's important to note that this is a universal blow-off valve and does not directly bolt onto stock turbo setups that feature an integrated bypass valve, such as those found on the Cruze, Sonic, ATS, Camaro, or stock turbo LNF vehicles. Installation may require custom piping or adaptation, and the 50mm BOV utilizes a TiAl-style flange.
