The Powermatic PM9-1510007 511 Vertical Panel Saw is designed for sheet goods, offering ample power for demanding cuts. Its carriage assembly features eight guide roller assemblies for smooth gliding along stainless steel rails. The saw includes a powerful 3HP worm-drive motor that rotates in the carriage, enabling rip cuts. Solid aluminum rollers with an outside support bracket ensure smooth stock feeding and accurate 90° cuts. It can handle panels up to 5 feet tall, and comes with horizontal and vertical scales and casters for mobility. A true counterweight system maintains the saw carriage's position during panel loading/unloading. Innovative dual dust collection ports and a nylon brush around the blade provide superior dust collection from both front and rear of the panel.
