51MM Blow-Off Valve

The TiAL QR Series Blow-Off Valve is a recirculating design that offers an efficient connection to your air inlet system. It bolts directly to any standard TiAL BOV flange, eliminating the need for welding and simplifying installation. Engineered in-house by TiAL's team, the QR Series BOV boasts an all-billet aluminum construction for superior durability. The valve stem and guide are anodized using a rigorously tested process to minimize wear on mating components, ensuring long-term reliability. This valve is designed for turbo-charged and super-charged applications, with a 51 MM valve diameter and a mass flow rate of 31 LB/MIN, capable of handling pressure ranges from 2 to 12 PSI. Included with each QR BOV is the assembly, an air fitting set, a weld flange, a clamp assembly, and a weld flange O-ring. Actuator color, spring rating, and outlet connection are specified at the point of order, allowing for customization to your specific needs.
