The Forge Motorsport Boost pipe is an upgraded component designed for the Hyundai i30N and Veloster N. It is constructed from mandrel-bent alloy with CNC-machined bosses and features durable silicone joiners with a fluoro-silicone liner.

The Forge Motorsport Boost Pipe is engineered as a performance upgrade for the Hyundai i30N and Veloster N, targeting the boost pipe that runs from the intercooler outlet to the intake manifold. This component addresses limitations in the stock hose by increasing the inlet bore diameter significantly, from 51mm to 70mm outer diameter. This larger diameter allows for greater airflow volume into the engine, which can enhance both performance and efficiency, particularly when the vehicle is running aftermarket software. Constructed from a single-piece, mandrel-bent 70mm alloy hard pipe, this boost pipe utilizes CNC-machined billet alloy bosses to ensure perfect fitment of all original attachments. The included silicone joiners feature a specialized fluoro-silicone inner liner, making them suitable for use with modern coolants and air containing oil mist. For tuners pushing the 2.0 Hyundai engine, the pipe includes two 1/8th-inch bosses for water/meth or nitrous injection, aiding in keeping inlet air temperatures lower and supporting maximum power output. Additional heat protection can be achieved by applying gold tape (sold separately) to the alloy pipe to reflect engine heat soak. Important fitment note: This boost pipe will NOT work with the OEM intercooler. It is designed exclusively for aftermarket intercoolers with a cold-side outlet size between 63-67mm. It is confirmed to work flawlessly with the Forge intercooler (FMINT15).
