The Bosch 52lb (550cc) High-Impedance Fuel Injector, model 0280158117, is a genuine Bosch component engineered for enhanced engine performance. It flows 52 lbs/hr (544cc/min) at 43.5 PSI and is capable of functioning at higher fuel pressures, even up to 6 bar, without the common issues found in other high-flow, high-impedance injectors. This injector features a wide split cone, 6-orifice spray pattern, promoting improved mixture preparation and atomization for better idle quality and lower BSFC, making it particularly well-suited for 4-valve head applications. Its high-impedance design (12 Ohms) ensures compatibility with most factory ECM/PCM injector drivers, and despite its high flow rate, it maintains linear and controllable performance at low pulse widths, which is beneficial for ULEV applications and improves driveability at low speeds.
