The Nitrous Outlet 52mm Plate System is a precision-engineered wet nitrous system designed specifically for 1993-1997 GM LT1 intake manifolds equipped with a 52mm throttle body. It utilizes an anodized billet aluminum injection plate featuring six discharge ports, which ensure the nitrous and fuel mixture is fully atomized for even cylinder-to-cylinder distribution. This complete kit includes everything required for installation, such as custom pre-bent hardlines, application-specific solenoid brackets, gaskets, hardware, and a wide-open-throttle (WOT) switch. The system comes out of the box with jetting for 50, 100, 150, and 200 HP configurations and is capable of supporting up to 400 HP with additional jetting. It is compatible with E85 fuel systems and includes 400+ HP rated solenoids. The included WOT switch serves as a critical safety feature, ensuring the nitrous system only activates at full throttle to help prevent engine damage and lean spikes. This system is specifically designed for the 1993-1997 GM LT1 platform and will not fit vehicles with different throttle body sizes or engine configurations.
