Description

The Powermatic PM9-1791317K is a 6-inch jointer with a helical cutterhead, designed for smooth and quiet operation and a fine finish. It features 40 four-sided indexable carbide knife inserts that can be rotated for a fresh edge if nicked, eliminating the need for adjustment. The jointer has large infeed and outfeed tables on dovetailed ways, a 38-inch fence with positive stops, and a fine/quick adjustment lever for depth of cut. It is powered by a 1 HP motor with a non-slip v-belt drive and includes a 4-inch dust port and a lockable push-button switch.
