These kits utilize an inverted monotube design for MacPherson struts to reduce heat transfer from the braking system to the shock oil, ensuring consistent damping under heavy use. Built with 55mm shock bodies, they are capable of withstanding impacts and high-stress maneuvers typical of gravel rally stages. The system features 33 levels of damping force adjustment to allow for fine-tuned suspension response. These coilovers are designed to increase vehicle ride height by approximately 1.5 inches or more above factory settings, providing necessary ground clearance for uneven surfaces. They ship with 6k front and rear spring rates and include a reinforced lower bracket for added structural rigidity. This coilover kit fits 2008-2014 Subaru STI sedan and hatchback models only. Please note that while the kit comes standard with hardened rubber front upper mounts, optional pillowball mounts with camber plates are available; however, pillowball mounts will significantly increase suspension noise, and no returns are accepted for noise-related issues. The front lower mount clevis width is 30mm.
