57.5mm Billet Steel Supercharger Pulley

The Integrated Engineering (IE) supercharger pulley is a performance upgrade crafted from CNC-machined billet steel with a zinc-plated finish for durability. This pulley replaces the stock unit on Eaton TVS 1320 superchargers found in various Audi 3.0T TFSI V6 models. Potential power gains are significant; with an IE Stage 2 single pulley tune, it can achieve up to 492HP, and when combined with an IE 188mm crank pulley, it can support up to a massive 548HP. Installation requires specialized tools, including an IE supercharger pulley puller tool (IEBAVJ4), and professional installation is recommended due to the press-fit design and heating requirements. An ECU tune (IE stage 2 single or dual pulley) is also required for proper operation and to achieve advertised gains. Compatibility includes Audi S4 (2009-2016 B8/B8.5), S5 (2013-2015 B8/B8.5, 2008-2015 Convertible B8/B8.5), Q5/SQ5 (2012-2017 B8/B8.5), A6 (2012-2016 C7), and A7 (2011-2016 C7) models with the 3.0T engine. However, it is not compatible with 2016-2018 A6 & A7 engines, or some late model ROW (non-US) S4/S5 equipped with the CREC engine, which uses a 4-bolt supercharger pulley design. Additionally, using a non-IE puller tool will void the warranty.
