The 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is engineered to enhance performance for B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 and C7/C7.5 Audi A6/A7 models equipped with the 3.0T FSI engine. Featuring a 57.70mm diameter, this pulley is significantly smaller than the stock component. This design increases the drive ratio of the supercharger, causing it to spin faster. The increased speed leads to higher boost pressure across the RPM range, ultimately providing more horsepower and torque throughout the powerband. The pulley itself is Black Zinc Plated for a durable and attractive finish. This Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is designed for use with Stage 2 or Stage 2+ Performance Software. The manufacturer notes that 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Performance Software is sold separately and is required for the pulley to provide a performance benefit. The pulley is engineered to keep the Eaton TVS 1320 Supercharger within its maximum recommended speed, with a specified redline of 7,200 RPM (some sources mention 7,400 RPM).
