This 57.70mm diameter pulley is smaller than the factory unit, increasing the supercharger's drive ratio and boost pressure. It is designed to work with Stage 2 Performance Software to enhance horsepower and torque across the RPM range.

The 034Motorsport Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is a performance enhancement for B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 and C7/C7.5 Audi A6/A7 models equipped with the 3.0T FSI engine and Eaton TVS 1320 supercharger. This pulley features a 57.70mm diameter, which is smaller than the factory component. This size difference increases the drive ratio of the supercharger, causing it to spin faster. The increased speed results in higher boost pressure throughout the RPM range, leading to gains in horsepower and torque. The pulley is black zinc plated for a durable and attractive finish. This belt is designed with increased strength over the factory belt, high heat resistance, and an anti-squeal design. To achieve the performance benefits of this Supercharger Pulley Upgrade, 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Performance Software is required and sold separately. The pulley is engineered to keep the Eaton TVS 1320 Supercharger within its maximum recommended speed, with a stated redline of 7,200 or 7,400 RPM depending on the source. Installation effort is rated as medium.
