Description

The K&N 57-2541 is a Gen II, 57 Series FIPK performance air intake system engineered to boost both horsepower and torque in compatible Ford F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles with V8-4.6L or 5.4L engines. This air filter only requires servicing every 100,000 miles under normal highway conditions, reducing maintenance downtime. Installation is straightforward, typically achievable in under 60 minutes with common hand tools. The system includes 3 couplers and 8 stainless steel clamps for a secure fit. A custom heat shield is integrated to protect the intake air from engine bay temperatures, ensuring cooler, denser air reaches the engine for optimal performance. The red cotton gauze filter material ensures high airflow while effectively filtering out contaminants.
