The K&N 57-2543 FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) air intake system is engineered to replace restrictive factory components, promoting a significant increase in horsepower and acceleration. The system includes a large, chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter and a custom heat shield that integrates into the factory air box location, ensuring that cooler air is directed past the mass air sensor and into the throttle body. The oversized, conical air filter included with the 57-2543 is designed for extended service intervals, potentially lasting up to 100,000 miles before requiring maintenance, contingent on driving conditions. Installation is typically straightforward, requiring common tools and utilizing existing factory mounting points, often completed in 90 minutes or less. This K&N 57 Series FIPK is street legal in all 50 US states and comes with K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty. It is compatible with 1994-1996 Ford Bronco models (including Eddie Bauer, XL, XLT, and XLT Sport submodels), 1994-1996 Ford F-150 models (including Eddie Bauer, Special, XL, and XLT submodels), and 1995 Ford F-250 and F-350 models (including Eddie Bauer, Special, XL, and XLT submodels).
