The Outfront Motorsports 575 EJ255 is a 2.5L short block engine engineered for WRX vehicles, specifically designed to work with D25 heads. This unit features a semi-closed deck EJ255 case, offering a robust foundation for enhanced performance. This engine build includes high-performance components to ensure durability and power. It is equipped with NEW EJ257 case halves, Outfront Spec CP Forged Pistons for D25 Heads (24cc), and Outfront Motorsports H Beam Rods. For reliable lubrication and durability, King Performance Bearings are utilized, paired with a New OEM Subaru Black Nitrite Crankshaft. The package also includes essential components like rear covers, a rear seal, and pin plugs. With a power rating of 575 BHB, this short block is built to handle increased demands. It is part of Outfront Motorsports' line of EJ shortblocks and is noted for its forged internals, making it a substantial upgrade for performance-oriented WRX builds.
