The Andrews 57H chain-driven cam is an alloy steel camshaft meticulously designed to enhance the performance of Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines. Utilizing advanced CAD programming and CNC manufacturing, Andrews Products ensures superior performance and reliability in every cam. This camshaft is constructed from the finest alloy steel billets, employing the best heat-treating processes available. Engineered as a direct bolt-in upgrade, the 57H cam is specifically designed for 96-inch, 103-inch limited, and 110-inch CVO engines. It delivers a potent performance increase within the optimal 2200-5600 RPM range, making it an excellent choice for riders seeking a substantial power upgrade without sacrificing durability. The cam set includes two cams and instructions. Installation requires the user to check for coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance, and valve-to-piston clearance. Intake specifications include: Open 18 degrees, Close 46 degrees, Duration at .053: 236 degrees, Duration at .020: 270 degrees, Valve lift: .560, Lift TDC: .184 in. Exhaust specifications include: Open 38 degrees, Close 14 degrees, Duration at .053: 240 degrees, Duration at .020: 274 degrees, Valve lift: .560 in., Lift TDC: .153 in.
