The Pulsar 5855G turbocharger is a high-performance upgrade engineered for enthusiasts seeking significant power gains, with a rated capability of up to 770 horsepower. At its core is a dual ceramic ball bearing system, which significantly enhances turbo response and longevity by minimizing shaft movement. This advanced bearing technology ensures consistent boost delivery and greater reliability under demanding conditions. Key internal components include a 9-blade PTG-Aero billet compressor wheel featuring extended tapered tip technology for improved airflow efficiency. The turbine side utilizes a 9-blade PTG-Aero Inconel 713c turbine wheel, known for its heat resistance and durability. The compressor inlet is designed with an anti-surge ported-shroud to prevent compressor surge, and it integrates a speed sensor port for performance monitoring. This turbocharger offers considerable flexibility in application. It features a T3 or T4 turbine inlet and a 3-inch V-Band turbine outlet, with numerous turbine housing options available to tailor performance characteristics, including various A/R ratios and options with internal wastegates (IWG) supporting 12 psi. The compressor side has a 4-inch inlet and a 2-inch outlet. The unit also includes standard water ports (2-M14 X 1.5) and an oil inlet (7/16-24 UNF with a -4AN restrictor) and outlet (Std T3 Oil Drain Flange).
