5in Oval Pre-Filter Black

The Outerwears 10-2790-01 is an oval pre-filter designed to enhance air filter efficiency. Constructed from proprietary polyester mesh, it features uniform micron openings and can be treated with an optional hydrophobic water-repellent process. This UV-resistant mesh filters debris down to .005 microns and is rated for heat resistance up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its puncture-resistant material and elastic properties allow the threads to return to their original position after impact. The pre-filter is made with a welded seam or reinforced industrial-grade thread for durability, and larger pieces with tops utilize specialized thread and cording for added strength.
