The VRSF 5in Stepped FMIC is a high-performance front mount intercooler upgrade engineered for 2007-2013 N54 BMW 135i and 335i models (E82/E90/E92). It also helps reduce the potential for pre-detonation and knock. Constructed with 3D CAD designed cast aluminum end tanks, this intercooler offers superior flow characteristics and enhanced durability compared to sheet metal alternatives. The custom bar and plate intercooler core features a specialized fin pack developed over years of success on performance platforms. The unit includes tabs for mounting the factory fan shroud and additional hardware for increased support. All necessary couplers and stainless steel t-bolt clamps are included for installation.
