Overview

The Roadmaster Comfort Ride Slipper Spring System is a comprehensive trailer suspension upgrade designed to replace traditional leaf spring and equalizer setups. This kit includes a slipper spring box and enhanced slipper-style leaf springs, engineered to integrate with Roadmaster's Comfort Ride shock absorbers for optimal performance. The system significantly enhances ride quality, reduces trailer bounce, and effectively absorbs road impacts, thereby minimizing wear and tear on both the trailer and the tow vehicle. It specifically targets and reduces common towing issues such as chucking (forward-aft rocking), axle roll-up (loss of rear tire traction during braking), and suspension rebound (sideways tipping and pogo-stick-like bouncing over obstacles). The 2500-60 kit is specifically designed for tandem axle trailers equipped with 5,000 lb. rated axles.
