5R110 AEROMET BILLET INPUT SHAFT

The SunCoast Guardian 5R110 Triple-Disc Billet Torque Converters are designed to withstand up to 1300 ft-lbs of torque and 400 psi. This torque converter features a redesigned piston and damper assembly to eliminate deflection, hardened turbine splines, and improved thermal friction paper for increased reliability and thermal efficiency. It comes with a stock stall speed, which can be upgraded with a billet stator if desired. This converter is intended to address the limitations of factory torque converters in modified 6.0 Powerstroke engines with 5R110 transmissions, preventing excessive turbine slip and premature failure.
