Description

The Sun Coast SC-5R110CAT3-0710-2WD Category 3 Transmission With Converter is designed for smooth, precise shifting and strong, long-lasting performance. Assembled in the USA, it features a billet rear overdrive planet, billet input shaft, and billet ring gear hub for enhanced power handling. It includes proprietary pump and valve body modifications for crisp shifts. A billet flexplate is recommended. The kit comes with a new No Walk Center Support and a Mag-Hytec pan to increase case rigidity and reduce torsional flexing, addressing a common 5R110 issue. It also has a "wide load" direct clutch pack made from SunCoast SCZ carbon graphitic material for increased torque capacity.
