Description

The XDP 5R110 Modified Direct Clutch Solenoid XD306 is an upgrade for the 5R110 automatic transmission. It provides more fluid at a faster rate to improve performance and extend transmission life, especially in trucks with performance upgrades. This solenoid is exclusive to XDP and is built from new parts, then tested in-house.

It offers crisp, firm shifts and is used in 5th gear and reverse. The product comes with an installation note warning to keep the included plastic cap installed to prevent transmission damage. Additionally, some aftermarket transmission tuning may not be compatible with this solenoid due to its commanding of excessive line pressure.
