The Truck-Lite Headlight Kits by RIGID Industries (model 55003) are an excellent option for a wide range of vehicles including light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, off-road vehicles, classic cars, motorcycles, and Jeeps. Designed as a direct replacement for H6052, H6053, H6054, and HD6054 headlight designs, these lamps meet Department of Transportation (DOT) and Transport Canada (TC) requirements for street legality. The metalized reflector optics provide a brighter, crisper, and whiter light output that closely mimics daylight, enhancing visibility. The LED technology offers a solid-state, bulb-free design that is inherently resistant to damage from shock and vibration. Construction features a military-grade, die-cast aluminum housing and a non-yellowing, hard-coated polycarbonate lens, providing robust protection against impact, roadside debris, and other hazards. The internal electronics are sealed to prevent corrosion and moisture damage, and advanced circuitry offers protection against voltage spikes up to 600V.
