Choate performs full CNC blueprint machining for precision cylinder bore angles and clearances, main bore and line hone the crankshaft, and surface the cylinder block to optimal finishes for sealing. It addresses common OE 6.0L issues by using high-strength head studs, extensive cleaning processes to prevent oil cooler clogging from casting sand, and increasing casting thickness in crack-prone areas.
