The Bullet Proof Diesel Semi BulletProof 6.0L package is a complete oil cooler and EGR cooler kit. This kit upgrades your existing EGR cooler to a BulletProof EGR Cooler, replaces necessary gaskets, and includes a new OEM engine oil cooler.

This version features the Round BulletProof EGR Cooler, specifically designed for 6.0L diesels from the 2003 and early 2004 model years. It comes with a High Pressure Oil Pump Filter Screen.

The Bullet Proof Diesel Semi BulletProof 6.0L package is a comprehensive upgrade kit designed to replace critical components in the 6.0L diesel engine's oiling and EGR systems. This kit includes a BulletProof EGR Cooler, a complete set of gaskets, and a brand-new Ford/OEM engine oil cooler. This specific package features the Round Style BulletProof EGR Cooler, which is compatible with 6.0L diesel engines manufactured in the 2003 and early 2004 model years. The included OEM oil cooler comes with a new High Pressure Oil Pump Filter Screen. Both the Round and Square EGR coolers offered by BulletProof Diesel have ARB exemptions. It is important to note that while this kit includes a stock Ford OEM oil cooler, this particular part is known for a high failure rate. Therefore, it is covered only by the Ford parts-only warranty. For an upgraded oil cooler solution, Bullet Proof Diesel also offers their standalone BulletProof Engine Oil Coolers. The coolant outlet connection, often referred to as the "little blue hose," is not included in this kit and must be purchased separately.
