6.0L Standard Regulated Return Fuel System Kit

The Driven Diesel 6.0L Standard Regulated Return Fuel System Kit is a comprehensive upgrade for 2003-2007 6.0L Ford Powerstroke Super Duty vehicles, including the Excursion, F250/350, F450, and F550 models. It significantly increases fuel flow through the cylinder heads, ensuring consistent fuel volume and pressure to each injector, which helps prevent "Wide Open Throttle Pressure Drop" and can contribute to increased injector life and reduced injector noise, particularly when installing new stock or aftermarket injectors. Key features include custom CNC bent stainless steel hard lines with high-flow banjo fittings, stainless steel braided Teflon fuel lines with black protective covering, and a Marshall liquid-filled fuel pressure gauge. The kit also incorporates a unique Driven Diesel custom return fitting with an integrated fuel filter air bleed, designed and originated by Driven Diesel. It is CARB approved with EO# D-872-2 for 2003-2007 F250/F350/Excursion models. The components are constructed from durable 12-gauge T-304 stainless steel for the regulator mounting bracket. Installation requires careful attention, especially when working with the rear head banjo bolts. This kit eliminates the stock fuel pressure regulator assembly, meaning the Ford "Blue Spring" kit is not needed when using this regulated return system. Vehicles equipped with some oversized, aftermarket, or high-amp alternators may not be compatible with the standard bracket, potentially requiring modifications or fabrication of a new mounting bracket.
