The Kicker CSS65 component speaker system offers a significant upgrade for your vehicle's audio, delivering remarkable performance and ultra-clean bass. Designed as a factory replacement, these 6-1/2-inch speakers utilize a heavy-duty motor/magnet structure with EVC™ (Extended Voice Coil) technology for enhanced bass response. The system includes separate titanium tweeters with neodymium magnets to reveal subtle audio details, paired with polypropylene woofers featuring UV-treated, ribbed surrounds for precise linear excursion and durability. Phase plugs in the woofer cones help eliminate distortion, while the included two-way crossovers feature a smaller footprint for easier installation and a three-position tweeter switch allowing you to dial in your highs for optimal sonic quality. The system is rated for 100 watts of recommended RMS power and can handle a peak power of 300 watts. Installation is made straightforward with three tweeter mounting options: flush, angled, or surface-mount pods, allowing you to perfect your sound imaging and achieve a sophisticated look. The CSS65 component speakers are designed to fit nearly every car made, and they come with steel mesh grilles for driver protection.
