The Boom Mat 050330 speaker baffles are engineered to enhance the performance of your 6-1/2" round car speakers. By isolating correct frequency responses and damping unwanted reverberation from the vehicle's metal panels, these baffles contribute to improved sound clarity and a more focused audio experience. Constructed from high-tech closed-cell polyethylene foam, the 050330 baffles are designed for durability and ease of installation. Their thin profile (0.25" thickness) and flange size of 6.875" x 6.875" allow for conformability in tight spaces, facilitating a professional installation. The baffles also offer protection for your speakers against moisture and dirt. Installation is straightforward, with the baffles designed to work with speakers requiring a minimum cutout of 6.125" x 6" and accommodating a maximum mounting depth of 3.25".
