The Texas Speed 6.125" Super H-Beam Connecting Rods are engineered for LS-based engines, specifically fitting 1997-2013 models when used with compatible aftermarket pistons. Constructed from heat-treated and stress-relieved 4340 Steel, these rods undergo a rigorous machining process to guarantee superior strength and reliability. A unique torquing and re-torquing procedure, including stress relief between rough honing and final honing, ensures exceptional bore roundness. The rods are rated for upwards of 900 flywheel horsepower and include ARP L19 rod bolts for maximum clamping force. Key specifications include a 6.125" center-to-center length and a .927" bronze-bushed wrist pin end, designed exclusively for aftermarket pistons; they will not work with factory pistons or wrist pins. Additionally, blocks equipped with piston oil squirters may require minor clearancing on the connecting rods.
