The Eagle Specialty Products CRS61353D2000 represents a set of high-strength H-beam connecting rods engineered for demanding engine builds. Constructed from vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel, these rods offer superior strength while maintaining a lighter weight compared to stock components. Each rod undergoes a rigorous multi-stage heat-treatment process, followed by X-ray, sonic, and magnaflux testing to ensure material integrity. The machining process is 100 percent complete, and the final shot-peening treatment stress-relieves the metal for maximum durability. These connecting rods feature precision cap alignment sleeves to ensure accurate cap placement and silicon bronze bushings suitable for floating pin designs. They are rated for up to 700 hp and 7,500 rpm. The set includes ARP 2000 alloy rod bolts with a 7/16-inch diameter, capable of handling up to 200,000 psi tensile strength. Instructions and rod bolt lubrication are provided with the set, which is sold as a complete set of 8.
