The Roto-Fab 10161080 cold air intake system is specifically designed for the 2019-2020 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models equipped with the 6.2L engine. This system aims to enhance performance and efficiency by optimizing airflow to the engine without requiring any modifications to the factory calibration. The development process for this intake involves custom fabrication, extensive testing, and refinement to ensure optimal fit, finish, and performance. Dyno testing has shown significant gains, with increases of up to 14 HP and 23 ft-lb of torque at the rear wheels. Additionally, users may experience an increase in fuel efficiency of up to 2 MPG. The intake also adds a subtle yet aggressive sound to the vehicle's exhaust note. Maintenance is simplified with a hinging aluminum lid and a single fastener design for easy filter removal and inspection, aided by a tinted plexiglass insert.
