Show original supplier description
The Mopar Hellcrate Redeye 6.2L Supercharged Crate Engine (MPN 68303091AC) delivers extreme performance with 807 horsepower and 717 lb.-ft. of torque, utilizing a 2.7L IHI supercharger. This complete engine assembly is based on factory-backed hardware found in performance models like the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon and Redeye variants. Engine specifications include a forged steel crankshaft, cast iron block with 4-bolt powder metal caps, and aluminum cylinder heads with a hemispherical chamber design. It features a hydraulic roller camshaft, a 9.5:1 compression ratio, and a bore and stroke of 4.09 inches and 3.58 inches, respectively, resulting in a 6.2L displacement. The induction system utilizes a 2.7L supercharger operating at 14.5 PSI of boost. To achieve its maximum power output, the purchase of a Mopar Engine Controller Kit (P/N: 77072601AB) is required. The engine comes with a 3-year/100,000-mile parts warranty when purchased with the controller kit on the same invoice; otherwise, it has a 90-day parts-only warranty. Exhaust manifolds are not included.
