Overview

The Metco Motorsports HC-KIT is a tensioner and idler pulley kit designed for Supercharged 6.2L SRT applications. It includes two heavy-duty idler pulleys: a grooved pulley for the tensioner arm and a smooth pulley for beneath the supercharger. These CNC-machined billet pulleys are made from 6061 aluminum and feature double-seal roller bearings for high speed and load.

The Metco idler pulley kit provides a reliable solution for reinforcing the supercharger drive system on 2015-2023 Demon, Challenger, Charger, Durango SRT Hellcat, Trackhawk, and TRX models equipped with the 6.2L Hemi engine. Each kit includes two precision-machined idler pulleys. A key component is the double-bearing grooved pulley, which serves as a direct replacement for the OEM steel pulley located on the supercharger belt tensioner. These components are built to offer improved durability over factory hardware in forced-induction applications. Installation of this kit is common practice when performing upper supercharger pulley upgrades to ensure the belt drive system remains stable under load. It is designed for straightforward integration with existing Mopar tensioner assemblies on supported 6.2L Hemi platforms.
