The Metco Motorsports Hellcat Idler Pulley Kit is a tensioner and idler pulley upgrade designed for supercharged 6.2L SRT applications. It replaces the OEM steel unit on the belt tensioner and the OEM unit beneath the supercharger pulley.

The Metco Motorsports Hellcat Idler Pulley Kit (HC-KIT) is a direct replacement for the OEM steel unit on the supercharger drive belt tensioner and the OEM unit beneath the supercharger pulley. This kit is designed for all Supercharged 6.2L SRT applications, including 2015 and newer Dodge Challenger and Charger Hellcat models, as well as Trackhawk, Demon, Redeye, Durango, and TRX. Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum, each pulley is fitted with two high-speed, high-load, double-seal roller bearings. The rear and belt surfaces are hardcoat anodized in black to enhance durability and maximize supercharger belt life. The kit includes a matching bearing cover and stainless steel fasteners. The included tensioner pulley is slightly oversized to optimize belt wrap, and both included pulleys measure 76mm (approximately 3") in diameter. A third smooth idler pulley is available as an option. An important note regarding Dodge's tensioner assemblies: three different tensioner part numbers (Dayco 68222744AD, Mopar 53011558AA, and Mopar 68617113AA) were used during Hellcat engine production. It is crucial to physically check the number stamped on your vehicle's aluminum tensioner housing to determine the correct configuration before ordering. Kits are assembled to order, and returns or exchanges are not possible once the package is unsealed for installation.
